Return Policy

Supplies:

Office supplies may be returned up to 25 days from the purchase within the following guidelines:

The product must be in the original undamaged packaging and must be in a condition to be able to be resold (would I buy it like this)?

Example: Some items are packaged in thermoformed plastic.  You know: the kind you need a utility knife to open.  Once you have cut the plastic, the item is non-returnable.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. 

We all make mistakes and these items are returnable, as long as this does not become habitual.

I or they don’t like it. 

Again, returnable as long as this does not become regular practice.

Damaged items.

Always returnable.

Special Order items and Copy Paper.

Special Order items and Copy paper is non-returnable for any reason. 

Restocking Fee

Abuse of our company return policy (as determined by management) will result in the customer being charged a restocking fee, customarily 15% of the price of the item.

 

Furniture and Machines:

Office furniture and machines are subject to the return shipping fee. 

In addition, if you change your mind and do not let us know by the 1:00pm CST cut off time, office furniture and machines are subject to the return shipping fee. 

This does not apply to products that are received damaged.  Special order items are non-returnable.
